The platform designed to allow interested parties to acquire basic knowledge on the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, RGDP 679/2016 (in its English acronym GDPR 2016/679).

With our E-Learning platform, you can:

Our platform allows you to participate in the training course on issues concerning the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data GDPR 2016/679.

Through practical cases and simple examples, the trainer introduces the various aspects of the new reference legislation regarding the protection of personal data and provides you with the right tools for the correct management of your data and those processed by your business reality.


The course is divided into modules, each of which is accessible after passing a test that evaluates the skills acquired.


The GDPR course consists of the following modules:



This form provides an overview of the European legislation on the protection of personal data GDPR 2016/679, trying to translate it into everyday reality and, therefore, into our daily life. There is also a useful reference to the tools of protection of the data subject to the processing of personal data.


Within this second section, the main changes introduced by the GDPR 2016/679 are presented, with respect to the old Italian legislation of reference, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the European one, Directive 95/46 / EC. They are presented, in addition, the key figures outlined in the Privacy organizational model, to be implemented within each Company / Public Body.


In module 3, taking up the principle of Accountability, useful indications will be provided to correctly manage the personal data processed, through the adoption of appropriate security measures. How much will be explained by our Trainer, will constitute a valid instrument of protection towards the inherent risks to the processing of personal data and administrative sanctions envisaged by the European legislator.


The last module will deal with the impacts of the GDPR 2016/679 on extremely topical and certainly interesting topics. Activities such as marketing and browsing on the main social networks, in fact, are issues that are very close to us and we deal with them on a daily basis.
