The solution compliant with European legislation that allows the sending of reports of corporate offences, as required by Legislative Decree 10 March 2023, n. 24.
This legislation obliges public bodies and private sector companies with at least fifty subordinate employees or who operate in sensitive sectors or follow the organization and management models provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001 to establish an internal reporting channel, known as Whistleblowing.
