SERVER AGENT, TO PROTECT PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS
Server agents are the ideal solution for all types of environments, be they Clients or Servers with Windows, Linux/Unix and Mac OSX operating systems.
In addition to having all the modules enabled by default to back up files, folders and Outlook / Outlook Express / Windows Live Mail email databases, the Server agent is also able to perform backups of the main databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle.
Thanks to Volume Shadow Copy (VSS) technologies, the Server agent is also able to back up open files.
The Server Agent also has add-ons that can be activated on request, for the backup of specific environments:

The management panel
With the 1Backup dashboard, daily control over the outcome of backups is a precise, safe and above all rapid job. Each operator will be able to move independently to check how the remote backups of all customers went.
Everything under control in one screen
Scheduled Jobs, Completed Jobs, Jobs that have not started, Manual Jobs, Alerts and Warnings, counter of Verified Jobs and Jobs not yet verified.
Agent
Complete overview of all the Backup Agents of your account, with all the most important details: expiration, disk space quota, used space, free space, last backup job and warnings/errors that have occurred. From this list it is possible to see the details of the agent to modify all its parameters.
Charts
With graphs showing the trend of occupied backup space and uploaded files, it is possible to see at a glance how the backup is growing in terms of space and in terms of number of files.
Job Check
With the Job Check function you can have an overview of all the backup jobs for which problems have arisen. Access the detail of the backup job to understand which problem has arisen, after which you can tick it as Verified. From the dashboard you will then have a update on the status of verified and unverified backups.
